• User Content: You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By uploading, you grant us a licence to process and analyse that content to provide App features.
• Limitation of Liability: Partha and Team is not liable for any farming losses resulting from reliance on App recommendations. Always consult certified agricultural officers for critical decisions.
• Modifications: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
